- Security advice to clientsâ¯
- Threat and Risk assessments/ Reporting.â¯â¯â¯

- Manpower management and rostering.

- Effectively dealing with and managing client complaints.â¯â¯â¯
- Ensure that contractual requirements are always met.â¯

- Ensure compliance to the Companys disciplinary code.
- Initiating and chairing disciplinary hearings.â¯â¯â¯
- Ensure all company SOPS are followed;
- Health and Safety Management.â¯
- Ensuring Security Officers problems that are reported are solved.â¯
- Ensure all BPC policies and procedures are always followed.â¯
