Area Manager-IMF Channel (Life Insurance), Indore

Implement the strategy to set up and develop the IMF Channel in the designated territory. Setup and manage a pool of 10-15 Insurance Marketing Firms managing a revenue stream of around 2 cr. Understand the IMF regulation, value proposition & registration process Independently implement the IMF acquisition plan in the territory Identify potential leads and sources for prospective IMFs, coordinate with HO for referred leads Connect with prospects & organize seminars for IMF acquisition Ensure conversion of leads through the effective pitch of the IMF value proposition Ensure the quality of IMFs in sync with the desired profile Enable the setup of IMF of agreed prospects Requirements Educational Background: Preferably a graduate Work Experience: At least 5-6 years of experience in Sales & Distribution Minimum 3 to 4 years in Life insurance in Any channel except the Banca channel BenefitsSalary: Up to 7LPA Unlimited incentives and other benefits Good career growth
