Key Job Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
Responsible for all stages of the talent acquisition process, from advertisement to talent selection, in accordance with the Workforce Plan

Liaising and maintaining records with the Talent Acquisition team, as required
Designs and delivers onboarding programs consistent with corporate standards

Acts as point of contact for new employees regarding onboarding, orientation, and assimilation to policies and programs.

Coordinates with recruitment agencies in fulfilling vacant roles, when necessary.

Ensures all Talent Acquisition records and reporting requirements are maintained accurately for reporting purposes.

Coordinates with relevant business leaders in creating and updating Job Descriptions where necessary, in accordance with Encore global standards
