• Experience in practical completion of projects
• Knowledge of building codes and standards
• High proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D
• Experience in Solidworks or other parametric modelling programs is preferable
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Can legally work in New Zealand
• A proven track record in delivering high‑quality parametric models for various design stages; preferably for complex architectural projects
• Educational background in architecture is beneficial
• Proficient in Solidworks, AutoCAD and Adobe Suite
• Proficient in rendering software
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously
