Architectural Project Manager - Singapore
Some jobs in architecture involve managing the same office tower fit-out for three years. This isn't one of them.
This studio designs the buildings people actually queue up to get into. Stadiums. Airports. Entertainment precincts. Mixed-use and hotel projects across APAC that end up on postcards. The Singapore office is the regional engine room, and they need a Project Manager to keep it all running.
What you'd actually be doing:
Running project schedules, fees and deliverables across multiple live jobs. Keeping clients informed and expectations honest. Writing the reports, chasing the invoices, developing sub-consultant briefs, and building the work plans that turn a bid into a delivered project. You'll work directly with Directors and market leads, not three layers below them.
