Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Activities
- Lead and manage all architectural works throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design coordination to construction and handover.
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor site progress, workmanship, quality standards, and construction schedules for architectural works.
- Manage architectural subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality performance.
- Resolve technical, design, and construction-related issues affecting architectural works.
