Architectural & ID CAD Technician

Role Summary

We are looking for an Architectural & ID CAD Technician who can support the design team in preparing architectural, interior design, joinery, landscape, and technical coordination drawings.

The candidate should have good technical knowledge of detailing, materials, finishes, specifications, and coordination with other disciplines, including MEP, structural, site teams, contractors, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, schedules, details, and technical drawings.
• Prepare interior design drawings, including floor finish plans, wall finish plans, reflected ceiling plans, interior elevations, joinery details, and typical details.
• Assist in preparing landscape-related drawings, including hardscape layouts, finishes, levels, and coordination drawings where required.
