About the Role
You want to do architectural design in projects where quality and complexity go hand in hand. At Granlund, you will develop your skills in diverse projects and work as part of a strong expert community.
You will work on various land use and building design tasks, mainly focusing on preparing partial master plans and planning documents, but also participating in projects for commercial, industrial, and office buildings. Projects range from new construction to renovation, from start to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Depending on your role and experience, you may act as the lead designer or project manager, overseeing the entire design process.
- Coordinate and ensure that the project progresses on schedule, within quality, and budget.
- Lead the design team, participate actively in design meetings, and work closely with clients and stakeholders.
