Architectural Designer

The Architectural Designer is a member of the design studio to provide architectural services to Sevan's clients nationwide. A design professional, accountable for producing accurate design and construction documents for retail and/or restaurant (commercial) multi-site clients and supporting other team members in achieving team goals.

This is a remote position for individuals living in Monterrey or Juarez, Mexico who will work alongside our architecture, design, reality capture, and civil engineering teams in the United States.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares complete, accurate and code compliant construction documents.
• Provides technical and creative design solutions that align with program intent.
