Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate architectural works to ensure they align with the project schedule, design, and specifications.
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with the design intent and building codes.
- Monitor the execution of architectural work on‑site, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with specifications.
- Liaise with architects, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve design issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure that all architectural work complies with relevant local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate project records, including drawings, design changes, site inspections, and progress reports.
