Architectural Coordinator

Review project specifications, technical clarifications, review accuracy of construction drawings, charts and forms.

Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.

Coordinate with the Architect, Structural and M&E staff members to resolve related problems and issues.

Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with.

Prepare material for submission.

Check & ensure drawing according to design.

Site Coordinator with architect, client and sub-contractor.

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent that is recognized by Board of Architects or BCA.
