Jayman BUILT is currently seeking an Architectural Control Consultant , in our Calgary styleMagic Centre, reporting to our WenDi Marketing Manager. As an Architectural Control Consultant , you understand that customer service is everything. You are an administrative professional ready to grow and learn the architectural selections process in an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented company.

A day in the life:

• Assist each customer with the selection of exterior finishes and colours for their home.
• Provide pricing to customers for each exterior selection and/or upgrade they choose.
• Obtain sign-off on selections from the customer.
• Submit selections to the appropriate developer for architectural controls approval.
