Architect/2iC for Class 2 Housing projects - DA and design stages

Well known architecture company are seeking a Designer/Architect with strong local experience on high-quality multi-Residential work. The right candidate will have demonstrated conceptual design skills and hand sketching ability. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large scale construction documentation 
• Prepare hand sketched construction details and concepts
• Resolve complex design problems
• Liaise and co-ordinate with clients, consultants and statutory authorities 
• Guide and mentor team on technical and compliance issues
• Strong drafting skills to prepare sketches, Development Application and documentation, working drawings, specifications & reports 
• Issue documentation accurately and of the highest standard

Skills and Experience

• Relevant Degree in Architecture
