Key Responsibilities to include:
- Lead and contribute to mixed-use and commercial projects from initiation to finalization.
- Produce accurate Revit drawings based on client briefs.
- Assist with graphic design for project presentations.
- Support 3D visualizations (beneficial skill, not a key responsibility).
- Prepare and coordinate council submission documents (SDPs and Building Plans).
- Generate and coordinate working drawings with other disciplines.
- Attend site meetings and proactively address project delays.
- Conduct independent site inspections and monitor construction progress.
- Provide effective leadership to motivate and guide project teams.
- Willingness to travel as required.
