Architect / Interior Designer

We are seeking a qualified Architect / Interior Designer to join a leading real estate development company. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design development, authority approvals, construction coordination, and project delivery of residential, commercial, and mixed‑use developments.

• Review and coordinate architectural and interior design drawings throughout all project stages.
• Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain design approvals, permits, and NOCs.
• Coordinate with consultants, designers, and other project stakeholders to develop new design concepts and project documentation.
• Prepare, review, and manage design drawings, specifications, and submission packages.
