Sweco is seeking an experienced architect to work on demanding data center projects across Finland. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary design teams, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring high‑quality, client‑oriented architectural design. The primary location is Helsinki, with flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Degree in architecture or building architecture
• Experience in data center or complex industrial projects
• Proficiency in Revit and ACC
• Fluency in Finnish and English
