Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, drawings, and BIM models using ArchiCAD.
- Prepare detailed design packages, authority submissions, and construction drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai regulations, codes, and authority requirements (DM, DDA, Trakhees).
- Participate in design development from concept to IFC stage.
- Assist in resolving site design issues and RFI.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD (mandatory), at least 4 years experience.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai building regulations and authority processes.
- Experience in residential and mixed-use projects.
- Good understanding of BIM workflows and coordination.
- Strong detailing skills and construction knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
