Job Description
**Summary:**
Reporting to the Retail Manager - Hunting camping - Canada, the Archery Technician will work within a team to create a world class shopping experience by providing legendary customer service and exceptional product knowledge to every customer. This position is responsible for the set-up and servicing of compound bows, crossbows and archery accessories.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide legendary customer service every time by assisting customers in making buying decisions, identifying and evaluating customers’ needs, and making product recommendations based off of this analysis
+ Develop and maintain strong knowledge in all areas of archery including tuning bows, setting up bows for sale, and directing customers on proper shooting and handling techniques
+ Maintain a clean and functional archery tech shop
+ Promote Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s programs, including Customer Survey's and In-Store Pick-Up
+ Ensure visual presentation standards...
