Arabic-Speaking Reservations Specialist

Aloft Abu Dhabi is seeking a Reservation Agent to process all reservation requests received by phone, fax, or mail, verify room availability, and explain guarantees and policies to guests. You will input data into the reservation system and assist with special requests while maintaining professional appearance and confidentiality.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with no related work experience or supervisory requirements.
