Minor International is seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie specializing in Arabic cuisine to join our culinary team in Dubai. You will be responsible for preparing authentic Arabic dishes, managing kitchen sections, and overseeing junior staff to maintain high quality and food safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have a culinary degree, at least 3-5 years of experience, and strong knife skills, with fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
