About the Role

Refund Stacker is a fast-growing Walmart recovery platform helping 3P sellers reclaim lost revenue through returns, lost inbound shipments, and WFS fee disputes. We're looking for a detail-oriented finance professional to own accounts receivable and collections across Refund Stacker and its parent company. This is a relationship-focused role — you’ll be the financial point of contact for 200+ client accounts, responsible for keeping cash flow healthy while maintaining strong client relationships.

What You’ll Own

Accounts Receivable & Collections (Primary — ~90%)

• Manage the full AR lifecycle for two companies — aging analysis, outreach cadence, payment reconciliation, and escalation
• Reconcile payments across multiple channels including Stripe, ACH/wire, PayPal, and international payment platforms (Wise, Payoneer)
