Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and issue accurate invoices.
Analyze billing data to detect inconsistencies or errors.
Resolve billing disputes and respond to customer inquiries.
Coordinate with internal teams.
Key Skills:
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, proficiency in billing software or ERP systems, and strong communication skills.
- Must be willing to work night shift schedules (US hours) and during PH Holidays.
- Must be able to work at Alabang, Muntinlupa when work in the office resumes (temp WFH).
