What The Job Involves

As the Aquatics Team Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the aquatic environment, ensuring compliance, safety, and exceptional customer experiences. You'll provide leadership and guidance to the aquatics team, drive a positive team culture, and ensure lifeguarding standards are consistently maintained through the International Lifeguard Training Program (ILTP).

This role requires a visible on-deck presence and active participation in lifeguarding duties, leading by example and supporting the team to deliver outstanding outcomes for our customers and community.

This is a full time, fixed term (12 months) position covering a period of parental leave.
