Reporting to the Aquatics Program Manager, the Aquatics Program Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating recreational and instructional aquatics programs to meet the needs of the community. The incumbent must understand and embody the core competencies in accordance with the policies and procedures as outlined by the Iqaluit Aquatic Centre.
