Aquatic Facility Manager

Reporting to the Operations and Business Development Manager, this role will oversee a single location of Davina’s Swim House. In this role, you will work closely with our aquatic and customer service teams, leadership, and clients to create a safe and engaging experience for all. You’ll be at the forefront of overseeing swim programs, mentoring staff, facility maintenance, ensuring client and staff satisfaction, smooth daily operations, and promoting our services in the community.

This role combines management, sales, and customer service responsibilities to help us make a splash in the world.
