Minimum Requirements Relevant Agricultural degree / diploma Experience and affinity with agriculture / aquaculture / industrial environments. Computer literate Ability to motivate and work with staff Able to command a room and team, while being respectful and mindful of cultural differences. Strong communication skills Maintenance orientated Valid passport Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To Project Manage range of projects on the farm. E.g., reorganizing the warehouse, establishing better entrance controls, scaling up the maintenance team (60%) Enforce discipline across teams. E.g., Check follow through on commitments, spot check attendance and adherence to schedules, establish stronger accountability mechanisms and provide training on them (40%)
