A candidate must have Decent Verbal & written communication skills. Any project management tools knowledge is preferred. ITSM knowledge is preferred. Basic understanding of Any Programming Language is preferred but not required. Technical skills are preferred but not required. Candidates should possess the following qualities: strong basic problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, a willingness to learn and take on challenging tasks, the ability to perform effectively under pressure, and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
