If you are ready to kickstart your career in ICT or looking for a career change, we have an exciting opportunity to join our ever-growing Staffordshire ICT team where you will ensure our staff and partners can access ICT services using leading edge technology to meet their needs. You will work alongside our ICT Support Officers who have a successful track record of supporting our Apprentices on the ICT Service Desk to provide 1st line assistance for all hardware and software issues and requests from our service users. In addition, we will support you to complete Level 3 Microsoft Azure Cloud Support Specialist Apprenticeship with QA Limited where you will have access to support from a tutor as well as a peer group forum from QA's web portal.
