Appointment Setter - Dm Instagram

Our client is based in Norway, An Online Fitness Coach looking for an Appointment Setter
**Responsibilities**
- Booking qualified sales calls via Instagram DM
- Starting and following up conversations with potential clients
- Qualifying leads and booking meetings into the system
- Working strictly from provided scripts and criteria
- Lead management and follow-up in GoHighLevel
- Daily reporting of results at the end of each working day
- Platforms used: Instagram and GoHighLevel
**Performance Expectations**
- Minimum of 15 booked calls per month
- Minimum 50% close rate on booked calls
- Long-term target: 20-30 booked calls per month
- Commission/bonus is only paid if both requirements are met
**Work Schedule**
- Part-time
- Minimum 3 hours per day
- Monday to Friday
**Fixed working hours (CET)**:
- 08:00-09:00
- 13:00-14:00
- 20:00-21:00
**Some flexibility is possible, but working hours must be fixed and consistent**
