Responsibilities

• Scheduling delivery appointments via outbound/inbound calls, email, and web.
• Keeping appointment log up to date and organized.
• Helping customers resolve issues related to delivery.
• Communicating regularly with assigned terminals.
• Participating in appointment meetings to help improve processes.
