Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Applications Developer (ServiceNow) with strong expertise in ITSM implementation, platform customization and integrations within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and support solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Customize and enhance core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
- Develop platform components such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Workflows, and ACLs.
- Implement integrations using REST/SOAP web services and web technologies.
- Support automation and orchestration processes and provide technical troubleshooting.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of ServiceNow development experience
