Job Description
Responsibilities
- Validate end-user functionality on NDS.Next desktops and common business applications
- Perform application testing, defect reproduction, and regression testing before and after migration
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, applications, and desktop configurations
- Write clear user updates and technical notes; manage expectations and drive closure
- Provide structured reporting on workload, risks, and blockers
Requirements
- Application testing experience
- Troubleshooting experience
- PowerShell scripting
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with M365 suite
- Familiarity with desktop migration environments
- Exposure to internal app stores and line-of-business tools
