Job Description
Application Support Engineer (12 Months Contract) Main Responsibilities
- Provide operational technical support and assist functional teams
- Improve operations (DR, migrations, major maintenance)
- Enhance system reliability (automation, monitoring, alerting, RCA)
- Support CI/CD implementation to improve delivery timelines
- Manage incidents, escalations, and service delivery
- Standardize and optimize workflows and processes
- Promote knowledge sharing and documentation
- Bridge gap between development and operations
- Maintain and support system-level code as required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Banking environment experience is a plus
- 3+ years of UNIX/Linux experience.
