We’re hiring an Application Support Engineer with telecom experience and strong backend skills to support live systems and ensure high availability
Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support and resolve production issues
- Monitor systems, troubleshoot, and perform RCA
- Support APIs, microservices, and AWS deployments
Requirements
- 3–7 years’ experience
- Experience in Telecom sector
- Willing to work 24/7 rotational shifts
- Telecom support experience
- Strong Node.js/JavaScript and PHP (Laravel)
- AWS and production support experience
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and databases
