Join CIBC’s Simplii & Investing Technology team as an Application Support Consultant. Provide advanced support for Direct Investing applications and ensure operational excellence in a 24/7 environment.
As part of the Infrastructure Operations Department, you'll focus on providing second-level support for technical issues, outages, and inquiries. Your role will involve coordinating with technology groups and vendors for timely resolutions. With 3-5 years of experience with Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, and Linux OS, you will maintain the stability and performance of production applications.
