Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor the performance and health of servers, applications, databases, and storage systems.
• Ensure system availability and stability through proactive monitoring and incident response.
• Detect, analyze, troubleshoot, and document IT faults in accordance with organizational standards.
• Utilize standard tools for managing incidents, problems, requests, and changes.
• Escalate unresolved or high-impact issues to the on-call team or Escalation Manager as per guidelines.
• Provide after-hours support when issues occur outside normal service windows.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to server operations, security, and data privacy.
• Deliver technical support to end-users, resolving client-server related issues promptly.
