Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, execute, and lead advanced R&D and application development projects.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert (SME) in mineral agglomeration, leaching, mining water management, and related applications for internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate innovation opportunities and market needs into development activities.
• Support customers and internal teams with deep application expertise.
• Build and maintain strong scientific networks within industry and academia.
