Application Scientist: Biosensors (Chinese Speaking / China Projects)

We are looking for an Application Scientist to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting research, experiments, and validations using the company’s phage-biosensor method to detect the early stage of diseases from non-invasive samples (saliva, urine). A key part of this role involves active participation and engagement in our China projects.

Your research topics will mainly cover our phage-biosensor development based on bacteriophage constructs. The work will include developing biosensors towards different disease biomarkers related to cancers, neurological disorders and infectious diseases, performing sample preparation, and analyzing bioassays. The work includes the development of in-vitro evolution processes of phages, and complementary tests using traditional methods with external collaborators. Your duties also consist of documentation, drafting scientific publications, and collaboration with our clinical partners.
