What you will be doing:
Incident & Issue Management: Investigate complex production issues and effectively coordinate resolution across stakeholders, clients, software vendors, and technology specialists to ensure timely remediation.
Deployment & Lifecycle Support: Support the product deployment lifecycle for new releases, system standards, and emergency patches.
