Application Production Support

At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for a Application Production Support to join a leading company in the banking sector. You will play a key role in ensuring system stability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of critical banking systems. Main responsibilities: Production support for core banking applications / Application maintenance (corrective and evolutive). Deployments and testing for new projects. Obsolescence management and patching activities. Handling user requests and internal client support. Supporting both On-Premises solutions and third-party SaaS solutions. Answering product-related queries, including: Product usage and design, Configuration, Software updates, Third-party integrations Managing tickets via ServiceNow and JIRA. Working under ITIL methodology and ensuring SLA compliance.
