- Work closely with the sales departments to collaborate with sales and visit customers;

- Provide effectivefrontline technical support for customers regarding BMK’s services;

- Answer questions related to workflow, specific operations, result analysis, etc., to support sales order and utilization/revenue growth;

- Coordinate service processes and provide effective technical guidance to customers;

- Provide technicalsupport to the marketing and sales departments;

- Assist the sales team with pre-sales technical activities, participate in various publicity campaigns such as seminars, conferences, trade shows, and other on-site activities in the relevant territories;
