Application Manager Global HSEQ Applications

Purpose

Own and manage Docmap and related Global HSEQ applications as business‑critical platforms, ensuring stable operations, continuous improvement, and alignment with business needs. Drive efficient use of systems by improving workflows, data quality, and collaboration between business and IT, while ensuring scalability and compliance.

Interrelations

The position reports to the Digital Strategy & Product Lead. The position shall work closely with

• Peers in the HSEQ network of the individual regions
• Peers in the WSM IT organization
• Third‑party suppliers offering HSEQ related software

Formal authorities

• Have the authority to act within the Functional Description and the agreed budgets and as specified in GIMS / DOCMAP
