Job Description:

Leads efforts to drive growth through customer collaboration, new application development, and new product commercialization. Leverages 3M to drive higher impact Customer Inspired Innovation (CII) programs through increased market specialization that complement product expertise. Builds compelling value propositions for effective commercialization. Provides increased coordination of field trials with lead customers or evaluating local competition and marketing practices.
