• Work closely with sales team to understand client requirements and propose suitable Data Center infrastructure solutions
• Provide technical support and product recommendations during the pre-sales process
• Prepare technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, BOQs (Bill of Quantity), and proposals
• Customize solutions involving UPS, PDU, Track Busway, Racks, Containment Systems, and Cable Management according to project requirements
