About This Opportunity

Pacific International has been retained by an industrial electrification business with presence across the US and a growing footprint in Europe. This business is looking to bring aboard a hands‑on Applications Engineering Manager to oversee and drive commercial growth across Spain and Europe.

Based in Madrid, the right candidate will have a strong track record in the engineering, energy, power or industrial sector with a broad range of experience to take the business to the next level. You will have hands‑on field experience with industrial process equipment, alongside customer‑facing experience. You will be working independently with the chance to grow into managing a small team across other European countries.
