Install, configure, and maintain the workforce management application for our contact center agents
Perform routine system administration tasks including user account management, access controls, and security updates
Monitor application performance and system health, identifying and resolving issues proactively
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and internal teams
Document application configurations, procedures, and changes in accordance with organizational standards
