Overview

The Advanced Practice Provider is responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate, and efficient patient care within OSF OnCall Urgent Care clinics. The APP will provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic illnesses in patients of all ages. This position plays a key role in ensuring a consistent, patient-centered experience across multiple clinic locations.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, evidence-based medical care to patients presenting with urgent and non-emergent conditions.
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of illnesses and injuries in patients of all ages.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications as indicated.
Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely medical records for all patient encounters.
Ensure the consistency, quality, and safety of all clinical services provided within OSF OnCall Urgent Care....
