Job Description

We are hiring an Apartments Concierge for Fairmont Dubai. The role involves greeting guests, managing front‑of‑house duties, and ensuring a welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest entering the apartments.
• Remain observant and respond to guests passing through the front entrances.
• Ensure departing guests are attended to and offered assistance.
• Maintain eye contact with guests, observing the 5×10 foot rule.
• Follow all occupational health and safety regulations.
• Attempt to open doors for incoming and outgoing guests.
• Provide clear directions for valet retrieval or issue tickets if necessary.
