As an Apartments Concierge with Fairmont Dubai your knowledge of the hotel and the professionalism you display will create a sense of welcome like no other.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome every Guest entering the Apartments
- Remain observant and respond to each Guest who passes through the front entrances of the Apartments
- Ensure that Guests leaving the Apartments are attended to and offered assistance
- Maintain eye contact with Guests at all time (Observe 5X10 foot rule)
- Follow all applicable Occupational Health and Safety regulations
- Attempt to open all doors for incoming and outgoing Guests
