APAC Voice Network Engineer – Regional Lead

Unison is seeking an individual based in Singapore to design and support voice infrastructure across Asia Pacific. The role includes monitoring call quality, leading regional voice network projects, and maintaining documentation and disaster recovery plans.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot complex voice issues, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with voice security. This role may also involve training end-users and streamlining operational workflows.
